Bozzuto is a real estate developer and management company in the DMV area. My main role consisted of creating advertisements for the communities that they manage in order to gain leads on leases. The encompassing Bozzuto brand is clean and simple but each of its communities has it’s own unique branding. Despite the different logos and colors of each community, I kept the same overall brand look by utilizing white space and limiting the number of elements per ad.
Trellis House & Maple View Flats
Trellis House and Maple View Flats are apartment communities located in the D.C area. I was tasked with creating digital and print ads for these communities to attract potential residents before their official opening.
Website Launch Campaign
When Bozzuto rolled out its new website redesign, I worked with a copy writer to concept these print ads that focus on the resident’s experience and all the amenities/events they can expect when they choose to live in a Bozzuto community. Intimate, relatable photography, coupled with clever writing and a simple layout makes these ads a successful representation of the Bozzuto brand.
